CalFresh Nutrition and Cooking Class

| In partnership with CalFresh, seniors will learn about nutrition and healthy food choices. They will then apply what they have learned to make healthy meals in class that they can replicate at home.
Includes complete cooking demonstrations and recipes with the instructor and students participating. |
