The Monarch @ Chinatown offers residents one-, two- and three-bedroom units for a total of 57 quality, affordable housing units along with a community room and mixed-use commercial space in the heart of Chinatown. This project is a zero-net energy affordable housing development.

The Monarch @ Chinatown contributes to the mission of Fresno Housing to create and sustain vibrant communities throughout Fresno County.
